Since the beginning of the pandemic, we've shifted our monthly gatherings to meeting online instead of in person. And, as a way of trying to embody generosity of heart, we have temporarily halted charging the normal rate for these gatherings while we're online. Instead, we are now offering them by donation instead. In traditional mindfulness and meditation circles, the word dana is used, which comes from the Sanskrit and Pali word for generosity. For these intents and purposes, dana means that you can pay whatever is on your heart to pay, and you will not be turned away if you can't offer something, or if it's not on your heart to.
